Hey everybody, I got $350 and I want to get HID's for my car. Anybody have any suggestions on what kind to get?

Hey guys, I bought sum xenon hid lightbulbs of ebay for like 2 bucks i figure even if i don't use em what the hey for my 04 2dr civic dx. I was wondering if i need a wiring harness for them they ae 9006 for low beams and the input power is 90/100W.
