i have been trying to adjust my projectors using the screws on the back, they are maxed out, but i still feel that they are too low, is there any way i can raise the up a little bit ? . .maybe some sort if riser or something where i bolt it in ? ? .. i need to be able to see better then i do now without having to use the highbeams'

you know what the problem is? you're using aftermarket projector headlights. you won't "be able to see better then [you] do now" without having to retrofit or go back to stock. by aiming the light higher, you're cutting off all foreground lighting (something you're lacking) and trying to shine dinky halogen lights far away. it's not going to work. also, if you raise the lights any more than "maxed out," you're probably aiming them to the sky/in to the eyes of oncoming traffic.
