aiming 2005 headlights ( retrofit )

ok folks ive been searching on how to aim the 05 civic headlights and all i found was a thread that said " pop the hood, on the body of the frame is a place to use a philliips screwdriver "

problem is i dont see it.
i need to aim my HID retro lower cause it is way to high right now... theres a bolt on the back of the headlight but theres no diagram to say what it does.....

i need to know how to aim these down, if this has been discussed before can you link me to the right direction?
sorry folks but i need some help

Well basically turn the bolt counter clock wise to lower your headlight, and clockwise to raise it.

in pics 5 and 6 theres that silver bolt ( 10mm ) you see in the middle on the very bottom.

the aftermarket ones have a phillips screw. the oem ones just have a bolt with no other screws, and the aftermarket ones just have a phillips screw where the OEM ( 10mm ) bolt is and no other screws/ bolts

i get it. you have a coupe, correct? i guess honda changed their minds on the coupes again and decided to give you guys l/r adjustment instead of u/d. anyways, onto the problem.

you have a black cap on one of the screws that adjusts the main beam. you will have a tough time getting it vertically set, though, from what i can tell.

in this pic you can see what i'm talking about. look up and to the left of the low beam bulb and you will notice the black circular object. it *should* be a cap that you can pull off, but don't hold me to that.

That silver screw is the one to use for aiming low beams and high beams (up/down) .Same thing on aftermarket headlights. I'm finished with my retro but I don't have my digital camera with me so can't take pics yet.

i figured it out. its that silver bolt that aims up/down, i didnt really mess with the left right cause i dont need to with my HID retrofit.

but with the aftermarket headlights theres a phillips screw instead of the 10mm bolt. i aimed the HID retro temporarily so i dont blind people and to get through the weekend. i let a friend borrow my digi cam cause she was going on a trip to florida, i should have pics of the HID retro installed after labor day with preliminary cut off pics. i got to find a wall with level ground around my area to aim them properly.
