Just take your time, measure them out correctly. Make a template and align them out. It took me 4hrs to do it because i spent a bunch of time making sure there both symmetrical.

looks like a lot of light. i never really liked the bosch bi-xenons, though, due to lack of sharpness. some people like that, though.
anyways, it looks better than my retrofit (mine is crooked lol)

After almost 2months, my friend finally finished the fiberglass job on my shrouds. I should be able to pick them up this weekend. I'll post wall pics asap. I'm happy the way they turned out. It came out exactly how i wanted it...very oemish.

^^^^
i have the philips in mine. I heard the philips tend to be more white and the osram tend to be more yellow.
Is the hid intensity different for you? I noticed my driver side intensity is a lot more then my passenager side.

i'm really envious of you guys with 04-05 civics. the front end looks so much better with a retrofit than my googly-eyed 01-03 civic. oh well. wait for this upcoming summer. i'll be retroing some [insert uber expensive bi-xenon projector name here] into my miata's pop-up headlights. lol

some people on hidplanet aren't actually satisfied with their s2000 projectors and wish they have more light. it's all moot after you get the retrofit.

I saw boogie1688 valeo retrofit. The color was nice, but it didn't really have any intensity. I guess its one of those things where you always want something better.

damn that sux. I have the same problem except opposite of yours. My driver side is a lot brighter then my passenager side even when there the same height.
You think it might have something to do with the lens? For example slight differences in quality or something?
my be cuz valeo lens has both side are open..and i coverd them my be i didnt cover that good.. .. cuz i also put new ballast on driver side and didnt make different...
here this is what i am talking about
the silver tape around lens holder...

before some one ask me this let me tell you
glue is not facing inside the projecter....i had to put the tape facing outside then put another one on the top to stick to the projecter..

clear or fresnel, a valeo will still be a valeo. if it has an ECE bowl, then you will have a marginally more intense output when compared to a DOT bowl.
