planning headlight LED retrofit

Well here goes. I've been thinking of this for a while now. There are still alot of issues, but I have a starting point now. The HID will be staying, and I'll prolly keep the strobes in the small parking light. Now the signal bulbs will be replaced with luxeon star/optics amber lens that will flash only when signaling. The sidemarkers will also contain some kind of luxeon as well and only flash with signal. Now the parking light is gonna be a bit different, kinda like the bmw has. It will be amber and facing to the side, possibly a board with standard leds mounted near or on the reflector. This is still in the planning phase, but I believe it may work. Depending on how things go, I would move to the rear turn signals just so everything flashes at the same time. My main goal is to eliminate the amber bulb reflection during the day for a cleaner look. I'm hoping this can all be done without removing the headlights or markers, but we'll see.

Well I don't know now because I want it bright. And only one luxeon can fit where the bulb is. I'm gonna try something else first.

All the ones I would've got were only in 1 watt. Not sure how that compares to a regular bulb. Well for now I just painted the sides of my amber bulb and it looks good enough. Did you see that thread?
