Auto Off Headlights

I just got a Civic 01 EX. I'd like to know if I by accident leave the lights headlights on, if they will go off after 5 minutes or so? I know it has the noise when u leave but I just want to know.

I wonder if you could make it work by splcing in a relay with a cap that charges using the accessory lead. When the acessory is on the cap charges and closes the relay. When the accessory is off the cap drains and the relay opens and turns off your lights.

Anyone have an idea of the parts needed as far as what type of relay, cap and resistor you would need and a simple circut design? I think some company has done this but I don't remember who.

im sure you could do this with a few relays (not even going to pretend to know anything more then just that) but the bad thing about auto off headlights is there great until you step in a car w/o them and you end up using my oem head light off trick

btw sorry for all that wasted space
