Pretty good l.e.d deal

I have personally purchased from this guy some green l.e.d's for my dash conversion I got 20 leds with resistors shipped to my house for 20.00, ultra bright, blinding!! thought you guys looking for some might want to check this out. He also has color changing leds.Later...

I dont see where he says that resistors are included, even with the ones designated CAR it says that max voltage is like 4 volts. Wouldnt i need something that runs off 12 volt? I prob missing something here... im rather newb with wiring stuff like that. I go look for DIY guide to installing them...
