osram blue or phillips blue bulb??
Lookin for the blue tint with bulbs with clear vision like stock, which of these 2, i have been told these 2 have the best vision with blue tint 4000k

best vision and blue tinted bulbs doesn't make sense.
for a better than oem bulb, get the sylvania silverstars or cool blues. should be the same as osram?
