Exclamation Anyone with HIDs and halo projectors?

To ANYONE who has HIDs in their halo projectors (NOT TYC). Can you please post pics of your beam pattern, and light output? Or give a comparison on how much of a difference it is compared to halogen? Please post pics/opinions.

Some civic here has pure blue HID in halo projectors. The beam pattern and light output are absolutely horrible, not to mention the glare, omg rice! From far away, it looks like a blurry blue fuzz on the road. It's very strange, like the light is bright, but it's so hard to see anything. Maybe cause they're blue, but it didn't look good at all in those projectors. Oh yeah and the halo ring is blue with ricer white parking light. Sidemarkers are half broken and stay on a regular amber white. Yuck!

bulls eye! The light is extremely bright, but it doesnt light up the road!. Like the focus of light is on the "U" shape that the projector makes, not in between them where it needs to be. I've aimed them to the floor, and still horrible. I was just wondering if anyone else had projectors in their halo to see how theres are. I even put in halogens the other day, and they actually light up the road waaaayyy better. I really dont get it. So, im going back to stock headlights with HID's, lol.

Stock headlights with HID will give a nice light. Stock but brighter with lots of light on the road. Unless you're gonna pull an Impulse and retro some tyc, just stay with stock housings.
