They should just be held in place by a clip, the clip might be off a little, but you cant really adjust them, sorry if Im wrong, but I believe thats how it is. I have an 01

look in the forums. there are a lot of little DIYs on how to do it. i'll find the threads if i can.
theres a hole in the frame on the top of the headlights. stick a long screwdriver in that hole and adjust the white plastic piece.

Ok there are two types of headlights, one with the screw and one with a clip. The kind with the screw is on the sedans. The clip ones are on coupes. I just cleared coupe headlights today for my car (sedan) and even though both are 01 they have 2 different mounting systems. The sedan can be adjusted with the screw, although i lost mine anyway. The clip ones only go in one way (good idea honda)

Coupes only have 1 gear for up and down adjustment.
Sedans have 2 gears for up/down and left/right adjustment.
