Ballast placement for Bosch ballast

hey all...i just got some oem hid and got Bosch ballast. which come wiht seperated ignitors. these ballast are pretty thick and i have no where to put it. for the passenger side i just used double sided tape and but on one one of the side wall. (hope that makes sense) but i having trouble where to but the driver side. for now i mickey moused it and put it on the bumber support frame with double sided tape but dont trust it at all. u guys know of a good spot?

maybe next to that water tank dill? by the splash guard from the wheels?

i have to take out the fender? i have no idea how? got pics or where all the bolt/screws are?
