thanks. well these taiwanese made halos seems prone to this fitting problem. yr case is not new cos my friend experienced the same problem.

i put mine in yesterday.. i love them!
and once i wire the halo part i bet ill love them even more
the only fit problem i noticed is that on the back where above the housing for the highbeam theres a lil piece of metal that sticks down on that bar that holds the hoodlatch and all that other stuff.. i have no idea what its even there for.. i was able to bend it out of the way with my fingers so i dont think it was a support rest or anything.. once that was out of the way they fit great
