9003 similar to 9006?
Pretty much straight forward

Is a 9003 bulb similar to a 9005 or 9006 at all?

nope... not the same. 9003 is the H4 bulbs. If your thinking of buying new bulbs. 04 civics need 9005 and 9006 bulbs.
