Headlight Help

Well I've basically read every thread in this forum that I figured would help me, but I'm still a little confused. I know I want MTEC H1 headlights but I can't figure out how to get high or low beams. On e-bay they just sell the bulbs in sets. Should I just buy two sets or is there a difference for high/low. Also I plan on buying some 7440 corners and maybe some 7443 parking lights. Anyone have any favorite brand or type? I was thinking maybe a chrome coated amber filament. Thanks for any help in advance.
