They screwed up my RSX retro pretty bad too, and I regret ever doing business with those clowns.

Unfortunately, i don't have the time, tools, resources, patience, experience, etc to do it myself.

This is why there are places like HIDTech to do this work. They are supposed to be "pros"......

do you have pics of the rsx lamps? That pretty bad that hidtech is butt-raping their customers. Has anyone contacted the better business beur...bureou... thingy? perhaps something could be done in a small claims court or something?

im glad im not into the hid thing...
