Dash lights

can anyone help? I just bought an 02 civic ex and the dash lights dont work.someone jacked in a junk cd player and cut off the wiring harness.There are three wires not hooked to anything. Any help would be great thanks

did a shop do this? or a friend? if its the shops fault then they should fix it all for u

check the wiring database...they might have the answer for you
