it's just same bulb with chrome tint so you dont actually notice the bulb by looking the the head/rear light. same thing they use in new lexus suvs

Amber... Have hyper white now and been stopped. Thats why I'm going with these chromecoated/amber lite. Want the clean/legal look. LOL

The hyper white I have now are not chrome but blue tinted.

Alright got the pics. there is a brfore and after. reminder that I had hyper white 7440 turn bulbs and replaced them with 7440 (single filament) chrome coated amber bulbs. I'm also attaching some pics of the frontend at night. Hope you enjoy.

Those look good. Can't even tell there's a bulb in there. I would get these if cops ever start to hassle my clear ones.

Thanks. I like them. Plus you can really see the amber flashing. Around high noon on a bright day you really couldn't see the hyper white.

Well they're good if you have clear headlights and don't want amber reflecting in the housing. Then you still have legal amber light at night. But they only work if you have cleared the headlights.
