???Interior Neon Q???
???Interior Neon Q???
I just bought 2 12" neon tubes with built in transformers for the inside of my car. My question is what would give the best light output, under the seat or under the dash? Also where can i wire them to? I don't think i can pull anymore current though the cigarette lighter cause i already have my satellite radio spliced into it and i also plug stuff in, so where else? Also if anyone has any pics of where they put it or advice on how to install them please post.
Thanks,
CHris

There are tons of posts on this already, even some DIYs. I have one under each seat. It's not as bright as under the dash, but it lights up both front and back seat footwells. You can always splice the power wire into any 12V power source that comes on with the ignition or dash lights. It's up to you. They all come from the same battery.
Cocky guys kick ass!

do like me.. two under each seat, front of seat/back of seat, and one under each side of the dash... prettttyyyy! now to get the led's in my dash/gauges changed, and add 3" neons in my vents! i'd wire them to the battery, as gearbox said. a lot better that way.
