EL glow Pedals

EL glow Pedals I bought an 3 pieces EL Glow Pedals, after installing it the first time it was fine. 
Then I took it out to re-run the wire to make space, when I hook it up it started "buzzing" 
if i turn it on it'll buzz turn it off it'll buzz. Anyone got any idea how i can fix it?

That's completely normal, especially if it gets louder when you turn up the brightness. It has to do with the electrical frequency that powers them. I think the noise comes from the inverter box.
