Silverstars: IMO

I installed a set of Sylvania Silverstars last weekend, and I really like 'em.

They are not "blue-white", but they do seem somewhat whiter and a LOT brighter than the stock bulbs. I really noticed the difference driving out to a small town near here; I thought I had my brights on. The light seems to fill the road better than the stock lights did.

My only concern is longevity - I'm keeping my stock bulbs in the trunk, just in case.

Just my opinion.

Ive heard allot of people how bought them say that the couldnt tell the difference between silver stars and stock. Someone even posted a pic w/ stock in one lamp and the silverstars in the other lamp and no-one could tell the difference. But hey if you like them then more power to you.

Yeah, I would have to agree with the comments about trying to tell the difference in pictures. I took pix before and after, and it's really hard to tell a difference. But standing in front of the car, I can really see an improvement - not dramatic, like I said, but definitely an improvement, especially considering the price.

One of my friends has a Thunderbird and he put those silverstars in and they do seem a bit brighter than the stock ones. I mean it's not H.I.D. bright but brighter than stock.
