mini led's and vents

alrite ive been wanting to do this for a long time so heres what i need help with...first off i want to put a single led bulb in to each of my air vents..first off how do i get off my side airvents i kno the middle one you take it off like the headunit install but i cant find anything about the side vent removal..ok second i found these single led bulbs in blue at radio shack, they are a little blub and two long things coming out the bottow like pointy things i dunno wut they are called haha, so wut wires do i need..to hook up the leds..im gesing u need the red and black wires to go to the bottow of the leds and a switch if optional..?? so those are my two questions i need answered..any info would be great

im doing that right now. i just have to run to walmart to get some wire connectors.
the side vents just pull out.
and yes you need the red and black wire, well thats what i used

i hope this helped a little

u need resistors and a sodder gun in order to hook them up...

and the air vents... just push the inside vent down... grab the bottem of the whole vent and PULL.. it pops out... just pull upward alil

i never used a sodder gun and resistors in my eclipse and they worked fine

could just use street glow 3" mini tubes like i did, just my $.02

the resistor will just affect how bright the LED is and make sure it doesnt get an unwanted surge. Just keeps it from burning out/ blowing....... Not really a necessity but it would be a good idea.

if any one is familiar wit autozone.....go there and buy the leds they are prewired and not too expensive.....really easy to install

im hooking up my neons today or tomorrow and dont know what i should hook the up to. any suggestions?
