uh no don't think so
Only things that have to be changed, you have to order a new bulb harness for the turn signals. And the turn signal and break/running lights are flipped from the 01-03s.

The brake lights and the reverse lights are the same so you don't need modification for that. Also the 04 coupe tails do not have a spot for the parking light. So basically the 04 coupe tails have three lights as opposed to the previous models which have four.
The only mod you need to do is for the turn signals. Now, here was the problem for me. I have 2002 LX coupe. The DIY on this forum explains that the rear turn signal bulb is 7440. Maybe this is the case for the 01 coupe, but for the 02 LX the rear turn signal is 3156. You have to go buy a harness so that you can fit it in the 04 coupe tailights. But if the DIY section is correct, the 01 models shouldn't need a new harness because the 04 coupe turn signal bulbs are also 7440. I hope this isn't too confusing.
The 04 tails are just awesome. You have to see it in person because pictures do not do justice. The only complaint for me is that the lights are harder to see in the daytime. I think this is because the 04 tails are so much brighter and there is less contrast due to this.
