I want to buy some cleared tails, but I am seeing two different types or maybe they arent different? Help me out here........what is Alteeza? and what is TYC? I see these ads that list these two things. Are they manufacture's or is it the material used? I noticed that the lights that have TYC in the title are more expensive but dont know why? Or what the difference is? Help me out please?

ok, alteezas is the name used for all these "clear" aftermarket taillights, they come in many diffrent brands, such as TYC, APC, or generic brands or XRACING of ebay. they r all plastic, the diffrence is usually one looks better, or the sealing is better on some, so they wont leak. it all comes down to which look you like the most. dont pay much attention to the brand,

Fellas........no way would I put that **** on the vette and the lights on the S2K look better than any aftermarket stuff in my opinion. I have seen the SSM vics on this site with the clear and they seem to look better, but after SEARCHING, LOL I know I am a little late with the search.........anyway I think I will just stick with the OEM and paint the calipers and drums red on the car to match the rear tailights. lol Okay now how do I smoke the rear tailights?????? I know, I know .............do a search ****. LOL Thanks guys
