Rep Power: 0 Car buck around 40mph and throw P0300 P0302 P0303pd
I have read a lot of the posts about random misfires, but none seem like my issue.
I have a 2003 EX MT
Symptoms: When I drive as I approach 40 mph the car starts to buck or lose power. High RMP or not, like if I get to 40 in any gear. If I stay in the gas, that is when the code is fired. If it bucks and I push in the clutch I am able to rev it up, but as soon as I let the clutch out, it bucks.
Recent work:
Replaced coil pack on cyl: 1 and 2
Timing belt
Crank Shaft Position Sensor
Valve cover
Spark plugs
Radiator cap
Engine Coolant Temp sensor
Rear cam seal plug
EGR gasket (I did not clean the EGR when I had it off)
A couple of weeks ago, I had a cel for O2 sensor, I cleared it and it has not been back.
Where do I go next?
Thanks for the help.

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Disconnect the wiring plug from the EGR valve.
Drive it, see if the problem is still present or if it is gone.
Report back with your findings.
How many miles are on the car/engine?

Unpluged the egr, same result. I have 114000 miles. I replaced the plugs with ngk double platinum, but when the mechanic did the timing belt he replaced them with something else. I will pull and report back.

The plugs are Denso PK J20CR - L11
Also, I noticed if I take off fast and push 1st and 2nd gear past 5K rpm it is much better. There is a slight bump as it passes 40mph.
When it is acting up, it almost feels like a dirt bike with bad power reeds. Like it wants to get into the power band, but can't. Does that make since? Is there something like that on the civic? What does the vtec solenoid do?

No, i had a couple of weeks without issue. The last thing I did was the engine coolant temp sensor. I think I am going to look at the MAF now.

So yesterday, I found that if I pushed it hard in first and second, the problem got better. Today, no issue. Ran smooth as ever.
