96 civic ex- will not start up after engine is HOT
96 Civic- D16Y8 engine. Engine checks out OK. It starts up good when cold, and checks out good when its at correct operating temp. However, after it gets to correct temp. and I turn the engine off, it will not restart until the engine temperature drops. I have changed the all pertinent relays, fuel filter. No codes on OBII. Any ideas or suggestions?
