Got a 5-channel amp and power kit for Christmas. I've read postings on power wire routing so that's ok, but what about RCA cable lengths? Would you all give me feedback on amp location, RCA brands (I'm considering Lightning Audio LSIX2, TPX400 or Stinger Dream Series), etc. I want to try to do this myself so any additional tips on installation would be appreciated.

I have the TPX 500 in 16', what i did was just run them straight through the middle of my car, i have a 4dr so i went down the center counsel and under the carpeting and under the seat.. i have about 5' left in the trunk, i'm thinking it could be done fine with the 10' cable, but i didn't want to risk it.. plus i got it for 25 bucks.. so i wasn't complaining... I did all the install on the back of my seats, installed compact board in the seats. hope this helps..

Thanks. I have a coupe and will probably mount it off to the side thereby using up the extra length. By the way, where did you get the TPX500s for $25 Online or just a lucky break?
