Okay for some reason one day i tried to check out my license lights so i took the bulb out and then after a quick look i put them back on but now they arent working? and also the tail lights on the trunk are also dead, not the reverse white lights but the red ones on top, not working..

prolly a kinked or broken wire in that harness going up the trunk arm when its open. try to jiggle it and see it they come back on. you may need to try and look for a damaged wire. its very unlikely that all the bulbs would die at the same time unless they were old and you really slammed the trunk hard. check fuses too, one may have blown if a wire shorted out.

You have a broken wire... There was a tsb on this issue. There is a crimp connector used and the wire that flexes when opening/closing the trunk breaks loose at the terminal.
The wire color is RED/YEL. The plastic loom also has tape over it you will need to slice to open the loom.
The break is more forward, find the harness attached to the hinge and open it up where easy access. Tug gently on the RED/YEL wire and it will move easily.
Splice & solder in a new section, bulletin said 300mm length. I soldered mine at the crimp terminal they used (3 or 4 RED/YEL wires lead to 1)
