Rep Power: 0 07 Civic LX sedan
I'm looking into buying a 07 Civic LX sedan for a commuter car, getting tired of my $90 fill ups for my truck.
This is a great site for info. Been really helpfull.
I have noticed that LX's come with two different types of tires, Bridgestones OR Good Years. I don't know how they determine which car gets what?
I have read about some road noise issues on the civic and was wondering what tires are better, I'm assuming good years would be better for reducing road noise? Which tires are better?
Also, is there an issue with the AC condensor getting punctured by road pebbles?
Where are Civic Sedan LX's built?
Thanks for any feedback! Looking forward to being a Civic owner.

Re: 07 Civic LX sedan
this is yet another bump, but the goodyear is what I have and i love'em, haven't heard any road noise...or is that because I drive with my windows down sometimes and my music loud? When It's silent sometimes, (it rarely is in my car) then I do hear a bit coming from the back, but thats a design flaw, as my moms pontiac g6 has horrible road noise coming from the rear wheel well. she got a first gen g6

Re: 07 Civic LX sedan
I went on the Tire Rack site and the Good Year Eagle received terrible reviews; wear quickly, poor in wet conditions, terrible in snow. I concur with the snow part as last week we were hit with another 30cm.
I would recommend going onto the site and checking it out for yourself.
