Hey gang,

I put a replacement oil drain plug on my aluminum pan (auto trans EX) and the threads in the pan, stripped out this time around. Lucky I had the beater original which is a finger tight thing with a rubber gasket and a butterfly anchor that goes in the pan. (If you know, you know)

Of course it’s too old and seems to be leaking. I called my local, and looked at Majestic and hondapartsnow and eBay and Amazon. they only list the threaded plug for the steel pan which won’t work.

Anyone have a lead on one of these? I saw them just a year or two ago but can’t seem to locate one. A part number would be helpful.

Edit: Alternatively is the rubber seal replaceable, and with what?

$136 vs a two dollar gasket. And that one comes with a traditional drain plug. I would rather not go that way if I can avoid it.
