AUX connector is missing and i have 2nd AUX unit in Center console
Hi all,
I bought a new dash-cam and i want to install it but i have a issue with the AUX connection. the original OEM AUX adapter is missing in my car i believe the previous owner have it removed or damaged it. Now i can see another AUX to Female cable in the center console whenever i want to listen to music i insert my music USB into that Female USB port and select AUX on my Honda stereo system.
Right now i want to use that AUX to connect my Das-hcam AUX cable.
What i did was to get a AUX to USB cable and connect the AUX jack to my das-hcam and the end USB to my center console USB Female port. But, when i select the AUX in the stereo i get "Unsupported" error.
I'm not a pro in electronic i just need some guidance here.
