Rotten egg smell
i have recently used hondata flashpro on my 2007 civic si and used one of the base MAP they have for injen RAI, so i get out of my vehicle and just look around it and it reaks of rotten egg smell comin from my exhaust any suggestions maybe running rich let me know.

What kind of gas did you get?
A lot of cheaper gasses will make your car stink like that- like Arco is pretty cheap.. Never had any problems with Chevron.

Checked TSB's for civics the other day, rotten egg smell can be caused by a clogged catalytic converter. Just a thought... But either running rich OR a clogged cat, you're spitting too much fuel out the tail pipe. Probably due to the tune...

well i dont know what to do the car doesnt hesitate and no CEL are coming on. i need someone to help me with the tune. the hondata def changed the vehicle so idk if that had anything to do with it. also i run 93 sunoco gasoline always have always ran it. should i change gasoline.

either bad gas, too much sulfur. or cat is going byebye. or your flashpro settings are incorrect. its not a good idea to use basemaps cause every car is different. dyno tune is the only way.

I used to get this smell on my car when it was new. How many miles are on it? The smell is probably the catalytic converter getting hot. When you got flashpro you were probably more prone to rev it out a lot causing the excessive heat. From what i've noticed its not a bad thing.
