I have a 2003 Civic.. and i notice that everytime i hit a bump. or many on like a bad road or sometimes when its just little bumps my car shakes and so does my steering. and it sometimes even moves sideways (not turning literally just sideways) and its nearly run me off the road.. but i know my suspention is fine the steering doesnt shake at high speeds and my tires are good and aligned.. what is wrong. i don't want to end up in a ditch because my car has a mind of it's own!

Alright so I'm getting a 1991 Honda civic 4 door. I know a few things about cars and I need to know how to recalibrate my clutch, it's a standard trans and I'm not sure how to do it. So any help would be good! Or is it even really important to do it?

When I start my car the fuel pump relay will tick every 3 seconds for about 30 seconds. When it ticks the rpm gauge goes up with every tick. Trying to drive in those 30 seconds jerks the car presumably because the fuel is being pumped incorrectly. After the 30 seconds is up the rpm gauge and temp gauge quit working. When in 5th gear the car tops at 58mph is it shorted out? I've already changed the fuel pump. It did help it perform a little bit better, but did not fix the problem. Please Help!!

Hello everyone! I am new to these forums and I hope this is the right place to post this. I own a 2005 Civic LX sedan with a stock D17A1 motor. It has been a very reliable commuter car for many years but as the odometer has passed the 240k mark it is time for a rebuild or replacement due to overheating. Long story short, I ordered a jspec motor from out of state and I noticed the motor sent to me is a D17A. The main external difference seems to be the addition of the vtec solenoid on the right rear of the head. I do not have this on my stock motor. Reading the specs, it seems like having the vtec motor would be better for HP and TQ. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to wire up this solenoid (single pin)to my factory PCM so it functions properly? can someone post a wiring schematic for the PCM? I’m happy to build my own harness. Note: there is no VTEC pressure switch. Is it necessary to bypass or do I also need a switch? Any help would be appreciated Thanks guys!
