I went to the Suburu dealership late night and saw some WRX Stis. The Bridgestone RE070 tires are not wet weather friendly.

If you are using RSX rear brakes, it is not cheaper unless you find someone to trade your wheels for a 5-lug. You want to know whats appealing? Red calipers from a JDM Type-R swap in your civic.
