cam gears, pulleys, fuel pressure regulator
Things you need for a fast Civic: Cam gears, larger fuel injectors, bigger throttle body, more powerful fuel pump, cold air intake, ability to set VTEC to come on at lower RPMS...thus changing to a more aggressive cam profile earlier, remove the AC, get custom exhaust without muffler for maximum flow after cat, stronger valve springs, headers, probably wanna replace spark plugs and wires, but I don't know how efficient stock plugs and wires are. Then add a turbo and watch those mods REALLY come to life. If you wanna get ridiculous, let's just take out the windows and install plexi instead. Hmm. Take out the back seats too. Get rid of radio and speakers....and toss that spare tire in the garage. Hello race car, goodbye economy car...sure hope you have another ride to work.
P.S.- I've never seen a pulley application or read about them, but I know I've read an article somewhere about BMW or some other company stating that using pulleys would void the warranty and possibly damage something...yes, very vague.

Pulleys free up about 2/3 HP to the wheels? on our cars at most. A properly designed pulley will not cause any damage. So get it from a reputable co, like UR/ AEM. You definitely do not want a lightened pulley, as that will cause you problems. It's got to do w/ harmonic damping.
Get a CAM gear w/ a new CAM, as it will allow you to shift your powerband (it doesn't make much sense to get one w/ o a CAM, as the install is labor intensive & not worth the cost)
Larger fuel injectors/ fuel pumps/ plugs are not required unless your car is producing close to 200 crank HP.

cam gear from what ive heard is more for the heavily modified car, it doesnt help when you barely have anythin, and pullies will just free up horse power but it means you cant run a huge sound system, if some one made a regulator for ours that is new to me, but our cars dont do to good on just bolt ons, it would more more if you change the intake manifold and with everything do some internal work as well if you truly want to see some gains
