turn signal problem

yesterday i just did the DIY clear headlights. after putting back the bumper and everything i wanted to check out the lights to see how they look. everything worked fine except my right turn signal. the light bulb itself works when the headlights are on but it doesnt flash when i put on my signal or hazards. the other signal works fine. also, when i turn on my right turn signal, the indicator in the car goes really fast (ricer style) and so does the tail turn signal. we took off the bumper again today to check if the connectors were connected all the way properly and to see if anything was damaged but saw nothing. anyone have any idea whats wrong? any help is much appreciated..

One of the filaments of the bulb must be blown. Check the bulb first...then replace

Yes because I believe its a 2-filament bulb and one of the filaments is blown.

yep...get a new set and install (the 21W lead is blown which is the 'turn' lead...so you only have a 5W lead working which is the 'parking' lead)

it may not be the bulb though.. could be a bad connector. to find out, turn on your hazards and fiddle with the bulb a bit.. see if it comes on. at any point.

check the ground wires for the bulbs.. mine got messed up when i was taking my bumper off and it took me forever to figure out that it was just a loose ground.
