Look at what they did to my car when the tire was rubbing on the left rear wheel well. They used a steal bar and rolled it while i was backing up and that guy didnt tell me to stop till it was too late and rolled a bit on the bumper
. The paint cracked and the bumper bent
. ****!!!! The guy said he'll pay for the damage and all he'll do is do a touch up. Crap I want the whole bumper painted!! What should I do?

clarify what happened... i don't quite understand??
they were rolling your fenders and kept going??? couldn't they have just pulled the bar out so that it wouldn't hit the bumper???
Edit: as for what to do... get their insurance and get an estimate at some expensive body shop or someone's shop that you know and their insurance will pay that amount of the estimate to you... then use the money to get an aftermarket bumper (make sure its a full replacement like octane and not a lip like wings west)... then your set

Sorry for noy clearifying. Im just so mad right now!! I ordered new rims and tires today. The tire size I have on them are 215/45/R17. So the rear wheel wells were rubbing against the tire. So i took it back and they said their gonna roll up the wheel well with a steel bar. So he slid the bar in the wheel well and he told me to back up slowly and i did. He messed up by going too far and go it to the bumper.
I sure wish my car was newer

When I got my tires mounted, a guy tried to do the last rim and majorly messed it up. It had at least eight pairs of serious gauges in the metal at least. I don't remember the exact number. Anyway, I told him he'd be buying me a new wheel. He said he'd pay to have it refinished and offered my money back. I refused to take the money because that would make it seem like everything was settled. So after a decent arguing match, and him still refusing to replace the wheel, I told him I'd see him in court. Two weeks later, I had a new wheel. I called ALL of their store locations, left numerous voice mails for the owner, and sent several letters, but I finally got my rim.
Anyway, stand your ground and insist that he pay to get the bumper redone. This is a good opportunity to get ground effects if you want.
Also, 215/45/17 doesn't rub. Why would you be getting your fenders rolled?

Im a newbie here so im kinda confused. What is it when you get your fenders rolled? Im about to order some rims at 215/45/17 myself, and it seems like your going through a lot to put these on your car? I thought once I ordered them and they came, i could just put them on myself just like changing a flat tire? Is getting 215/45/17 a bad idea? I herd that 205/40/17 is a bumpier ride, and your rims fuq up easier, is that true?

his problem was that with the drop he has the 17" 45 series tire rubbed.
if you have no drop you will have no problem.
That's correct with his 215/45/R17 setup, he rubbed because he's dropped too low. I have the same size tires, but I made sure before I installed my 1.75" drop GoldLines to get my rear fenders plasma cut at a local body shop. I do not recommend rolling your rear fenders, since it increases the chance for your paint to crack due to the increased stress caused by the bending of metal. Plasma cuts are extremely clean compared to fender rolling, no cracked paint or bent/dented fender wells due to improper fender rolling.
