Now this guy asked if i wanted to buy his Aem Cold air intake from him for only 130 bucks, but see the thing is that, He used it for 4 weeks then supposably sold the car for some reason. He said there is a lil dend on the side of it but nothing major. So even though it was used and everything, do you think it will still be ok to buy? Registered!!

Used is the absolute best way to buy parts for our cars. They are all WAY overpriced new.
If you can find a used part in good shape, go for it. You should expect to pay 40-60% of the new price depending on the item and it's overall condition.
I think you are trying to convey that he got rid of the car because the intake caused some type of problem(s). You should never have a problem from installing an intake. Well, if it floods or you like to drive into ponds or something.

A CAI without a modified intake manifold does da-da except eat low power (AEM). However it does make the engine sound better and if you have an EX/HX and you like the sound of VTEC, it'll produce more sound than power.
