Unhappy HELP! I F@CKED up my control arm bushing!!

I was trying to install the damn neuspeed X-Brace. I got three of the four bolts out. The last one (front drivers side control arm) would not budge. I hosed it down with liquid wrench, tapped, waited. Tried again... This went on until I got a cheater bar for my socket wrench. At last the bolt started to turn - but it was turning the SLEEVE to the bushing, and pushing the upper mounting point up! I kept trying, even using pliers to hold the damn sleeve....

Needless to say the bushing is f@cked - Now I am stuck.

What are my options!?!?!

ANYONE?!

I see from www.hondaautomotiveparts.com that the bushing can be purchased SEPERATELY - However, how hard is it go get OUT of the control arm? Does it need to be press fitted in?

Also - does ANYONE have any ideas as to HOW I am going to get the old bolt OUT?!! The damn sleeve just keeps turning, and bending the upper retaining tab.......F$CK!

I tried holding the top and bottom with pliers, but the damn thing is just TOO rusted together or something......
