H&R Springs install

just received my H&R springs and I'm about to do the install, but i need to know which way the rear spings are installed. Does the compressed part of the spring face upwards or downwards when put on the strut. No instructions came with the springs.

It should face up, you will notice the difference in fit when you put them on wether they are right side up or not.

Dead coils usually sit on the bottom. There should only be one way to really fit the rear springs. Try both ways and choose which way seems to feel better
