Camaro Z28
Wow! I hate Camaro's and not really a fan of Chevy's either, but last night I rode in my friends 2002 Camaro Z28 and that thing was FAST!!! It kicked me back in my seat and just went.
Im sure most of you have probably ridden in them before, but that was my first time in one and i was just impressed. And the girl that owns it, actually knows how to drive it!!!

i had one and love it, fast sporty and it looked nice but the insurance and gas was killing me. Now that i have my civic. i only really miss it when i race someone and really no other time

I was looking at her tires too and they have 16 inch low profile Z rated tires...
(the reason i noticed was her back tire was basically flat, lol, i put air in it for her though)
Well then, her tires will break apart before mine. hehe

I have a 78 Z28 in the back yard. Gas is killing me which forces me to drive my civic, but now im used to the civic and dont want to drive the camaro, its fast as ****, but too loud.lol

My one friend has a 99 SS (auto), stock run of 13.3
another friend has a 02 Z28 (manual), stock run of 13.4
Them F-Bodies do excellent with auto trannys. quick as shyte!
As for 2K2EXCOUPE, wtf?!? i did 120 last nite, easy.. why r u stuck at 111mph??

Rep Power: 0 umm the other night some newer firebird revved on my friends 87 camaro and he revved back. they talked in the parking lot and when we left, the firebird took some time to do a burnout where he left a cloud of smoke. my friend did one as well but he only got 1 tire to spin and it didnt take too long for him to do it.
this guy that works at the in n out in santee has a camaro z28. haha its got a racing stripe with a wing over the stock wing. plus he has nitrous and some nos seat covers.
same night some dude with a red mustang gt raced my friend and he got own3d. the guy had boost gauges so maybe it was a gt with a swap or he put mustang emblems on the car. last night my friend raced some mustang and this hooked up civic pulled up next to him and congratulated him on the kill. then he said he was gonna **** up the mustang as well. haha. someday ill have a car that will beat my friends camaro and it will be an import for sure.

Rep Power: 322 I won't only buy imports but so far all the domestics we've had have been crap.
I love japanese and german cars and we have no problem any of those that we have, only the domestic. The euro/import are the only ones that seem to last and not give us problems.

Rep Power: 0 Z rated or higher is retarded. I'm not stupid enough to go that fast and I've got a Corvette. I agree with the member who stated gas is a killer.... Camaros get worse gas mileage than the Vette, and if the Vette's gas usage is a killer then I can't imagine the Z28... Gas is one of 2 reasons I'm selling the Vette... The Z28 is a great car, and discontinuing it is insane, especially since there are soooo many...

Rep Power: 322 The sales on the camaro's were awful and thats why they stopped selling them.
My new tires are Z rated but im not going to go 149 mph, I cant!!! They are just the tires the guy at wheelguz upgraded me to when i asked for 215/45/17 instead of 205/40/17. Oh well, they will handle VERY nicely.
