Help on rear bumper

Take your fist and hit it real hard and it should pop back into place. They are usually held by some sort of clip and they do pop free some times. Try it...I am completely serious btw.
EDIT: I can't really tell from the pic but this only applies if the bumper wasn't ripped from it's screw points, etc....
If so, there is usually a metal tab that the bumper screws to in various areas. When the bumper gets damaged, it usually bends those tabs out of place. You can use a hammer to align the tab back right or bend the tab in a way that it will pull the bumper closer/further away from the car etc...
