Squeeling noise from clutch
Hey guys, i have a squeeling type noise sometimes when i press my cluth in to ****.Kinda sounds like a belt squeel. Its coming from under the hood and not inside, anyone know what this could possibly be?
i had the same problem ... it was a slight squeak coming when the clutch was depressed. I took it into Honda and they say some joints were loose or faulty, cant remember. In any case, you'll need it checked out ... b/c they said if the problem comes back they'd have to replace they tranny.

It is the bushings and fork assembly that move the throwout bearing. It's a 1 1/2 hour fix at the dealer under warranty. They'll re-pack some bearings and possibly change the bushings. I had mine re-packed with the grease they use in the Odyssey sliding door track.... it has a better temperature range and the clutch is much smoother in cold weather.
