FAWKING BS!!!

god dam-mit!!!

i was getting off the 401 doing 80kph and i saw a patch of lots of snow
so my first intuition was to slow down and i see this fawking van behind driven by a koolie guy!!
and huge truck hits the fawker... and the van propel's foward and hits the bumper of my car and cracks it...
wtf, so if i stayed home tonight and didnt give my bro a ride i would have been fine, ARG!!
so here i am with a done up car with no rear bumper!!
i wont know who's at fault till monday.. hopefully not me!

You were decellerating to meet the speed limit from an offramp. No way your going to be at fault because you are driving by the rules.

**** man that sux dude...
u shouldn't be found to be @ fault man... dont worry... if the guy rear ended u then he should actually get a ticket for following too closely... with weather like this the police know that people will be reducing their speed and so that guy doesn't have an arguement saying that u were going too slow...

u arite dude?

thanks guys.. i just hope my premiums dont go up. but the van was like close to me and so was the truck i think they were trying to draft me or something.. at any rate there was this HUGE patch of snow .. u know them mountains that no one plowed so i hit the break so i slow down more... and kinda jiggle a bit in my car and as soon as i took control of my car the truck hits the van and as i was moving off the van just shoots right into my passenger side of the bumper but only cracks the bumper ... my muffler is still good *fawking i paid out of my a$$ for it* and my taillights are ok.. *good i dont want aftermarket*
at any rate on monday i will know who is wrong.. like the guy in the van was like pretending to be hurt cuz thats what the guy in the tow truck said!!

Don't worry bro. You won't be at fault. Especially in a chain reaction accident. It only shows how much more at fault the idiot behind you was for following so closely especially on a ramp in slippery conditions.

Your premiums won't go up because you're not a fault.

At least it's only your rear bumper and he didn't send you hurling into something else.

Glad to see you're ok. My buddie's car is a write-off and he's pretty messed now. He can barely walk.
