Rim Repair

Anyone know of a place to get rims repaired? I own 5- zigen fireball rims,
and when i curbed one all the local places won't repair them because
they are hyper-silver. Anyone know any places, preferably close to PA?

It may be tricky to repair because who ever does it will have to match the color exact, and hyper silver is not easy. You could attempt it yourself if the scuff mark was not too bad. As long as you are able to find a matching paint it would be easy, sand the damaged spot smooth and paint it. Maybe if you called the wheel manufacturer they could give you the paint code to get the paint?

I'm from right near hershey, and there's a place near me that sends rims away, but they won't do the hyper-silver. I'm still currently looking into the wheelcollision.com

Get new wheels or live with it, my guess is it'll be rather expensive so you might want to consider just a buying a new wheel, then just have them mounted/balanced.

100 bucks to repair a rim is a little rough. If you add shipping and handling to that deal, you are putting down enough money to buy a new rim.

I would buy the new rim if I were you.

I hear it's much cheaper to just buy a new rim rather than trying to get it fixed.
