Shocking Civic

Shocking Civic
Ok, not sure if any of you have the same problem, but it seems that most of the time when I get out of my vic, I get a shock that could light up my house. 
It happens when I am getting out of it after parking. I touch the door and wham!! I get shocked. It also hits my leg sometimes if it touches the bottom of the car while getting out. My buddy had the same thing occasionally with his 93 Si. Just trying to figure out whats up

Rep Power: 395 Been posted before.....This is not an uncommon problem either....All the people I know with Hondas, not onle civic's have this problem.
