spring install
Ok, I posted this in the midwest section so sorry moderators for doing it again. I live in Chicago, I really need someone to install my springs. They are progress, just springs thats all. The shop is around $90 to do it, so please if anyone with the knowhow help me out. I will pay and even buy lunch or something. Cmon people, too many people are lowered, but don't want to share.

Rep Power: 0 it's really not that hard. why don't you want to do it yourself? I'm doing mine this weekend... just follow the steps that VNlilMAN wrote. they're fairly detailed. As long as you have the right tools, I don't think it'll be a problem.

Rep Power: 0 DIY all the way. I did it with out the spring compressor. when you take it off just let them go on the other direction not on ya face. But when you put the spring on the shock your friend can help you push the spring for you . EASY .
I wouldn't reccomend doing it without the comrpessor. I did that once and it took me well over 30 minutes trying to get the parts in the righjt order again. Use the compressors and keep everything in order. Also you guys forgot to tell him to get a 5mm allen wrench[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/IMG][IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/IMG]
