How long have you had them. If you just got them recently ( like within the past few days) i would wait and see if they settle in.

Geezzz? Everyone I know doesnt like neuspeeds! I hear nothing but complaints from people with neuspeeds(except VNlilMAM, i know hes gonna have something to say about this). NOT REFERING TO ONLY PEOPLE FROM 7thgen.com. An immitation Eibach in my opinion. I had a friend who had neuspeeds put on, year later his car magically dropped more than 3 ". Had to replace them with Eibachs.

haha ya of course i gotta have some say in this...
well all he did was complain of the noise, this has nothing to do with the fact that they are neuspeed... ALL springs can make noises if installed wrong.. you even said so yourself "INSTALL PROBLEM"
how can you say neuspeeds are eibach immitations? springs rates are much dif ferent... eibachs are fairly soft, neuspeeds are pretty stiff. i usually see eibach as your daily driver springs.. neuspeeds are for people who daily drive but care about handling performance..
n neuspeeds do not sag.. my friend had it on his jetta for 3 years, hasnt dropped any less since the first month he got them..

Neuspeeds are have "dead" coils designed into them. These prevent the springs from poppin out of their perches when the suspension is at the extreme limit of travel.
If ya peek at the springs after they're installed, the dead coils are the ones that are bunched up together at one end of the spring (can be up or down depending on how ya put the springs in).
When ya go over rough pavement, the dead coils, since they're so close to each other, touch and can make quite a racket(like the front suspensions about to fall apart, he he)
The solution is to isolate the dead coils using an isolator, you can get one from a honda dealer or if ya dont mind the way it looks, just slit some garden hose into 2" sections, slit them and wrap them around the dead coils and keep in place using some nylon cable ties. just put in enough pieces to prevent the "dead" coils from touchin each other when the spring compresses.
I've written to Neuspeed about this issue but have not received a response, I think they are aware of this and should provide coil insulators with their springs... I have garden hose on my 2002 Civic Vti and they've really cut down the level of noise...
Hope that helps

ya its the dead coils rubbing and also the springs rubbing with the bottom perch... could happen with any springs and not just neuspeed.. i agree neuspeed should include the spring isolators with their springs.. let me know if they get back to you
I need TP for my bunghole

I agree that the issue with the level of noise has to deal with the dead coils touching. I'm on a few days with them on my ride and they only seem to make noise when I'm driving in the car for the first time of the day. I would also agree with using isolators. I was thinking of that and came across this thread. You could also go to a local hardware store and get a rubber non-skid adhesive striping and apply them between the dead coils.
And also, had neuspeed sports on my 89 CRX SI for 5 years. The best damn handling i have ever had. NO SAGGING. They stayed a firm as the day I bought them and also worked even better when i put them on some tokicos. Cornered on a dime.

ya of course they're stiffer then stock. any lowering spring should be stiffer then stock, i was just comparing it to other lower springs of its kind..
okay my neuspeeds were doing the same thing. So I took them off, not knowing how to rid my car of the noises. When I put my stock springs back on.......Im still noticing some ticking and knocking sound when I drive over bumps and squeaking when I turn my wheel????? WTF is the deal?? Are my shocks blown??
