If it pulls to the left or right it's the alignment. The camber and the toe. It has nothing to do with the balancing of the wheels. If your steering wheel shakes then you need your wheels balanced. If it pulls to one side or another while driving then you need an alignment. If it pulls to one side or another while braking and not while driving then you need a brake job. It's that simple.

It could be radial pull. What happens is the belts within the tire rip and cause the tire to be uneven on one side. This will can make the car pull to one side. I had something similar to this before. I had a defective tire that had a bubble about a 1/4" high and 6 inches long on the top of the tread. When at speeds above 40 mph it would pull like crazy causing me to hold the steering wheel at 1 oclock just to drive straight.

As a suggestion, try swapping the front and rear tires around and test. If it still pulls then get perhaps look into getting an alignement.

Hmm... Didn't think of that. That's pretty rare though. Good suggestion; if it still pulls after swapping, then it's an alignment problem.
