HOW LOW CAN I GO...W/215/35/18??
I just got some new wheels and tires for my car and i would like to lower it ASAP. I was lookin at the forums and i really DO NOT want to have rubbing when i lower my car. I was thinking about a lowering it in the 1.5-1.8" range. I was just wondering what the max limit i could go on a EX Coupe with 215/35/18 tires?? THANKS!

Another thing you want to know is how wide your rear rims are. I have 215-40-18 18x7 not 18x7 1/2 so i have probley about 1/2 clearance from the fender. No rubbing at all. Though if i did have 225/40/18, it would probley rub.

1.75" isnt going to do it, i have that with 215-40-18 tires.. looks stock height with 1 finger gap all around... with 215-35-18 tires, your going to need like a 2.5" drop in order to have no gap.. i think neuspeed race would be perfect with 35s... you'll have like a 1 finger gap all around.

yes i own a shop.... and for u i would charge like 30 or 40 bucks including painting... we dremel it off, then grid it down perfecty then sand all the edges off then primer then paint it factory color
