Clearing corner question...yes another one.
Well, i tried to clear my corners for my sedan, but failed miserably. that damn sedan glue is such a painAnywayz. I was thinking about buying the 2k1 coupe lights, but do you guyz think the coupe ones will be easier to clear than the sedan ones. Cuz realli those sedan ones are a pain in the a$$!!! THanks guyz

there not too hard. jus use like 4 screw drivers and 2 friends.
my method:
oven @ 200 degrees.
stick them in on foil for roughly 7 minutes
have one friend unclip the tabs on the headlights fast
stick them in the oven agan for 2 minutes,
use a knife or razor and cut around the headlight seal
have that same friend start pulling the headlight apart at the curved side and use screw drivers to wedge and pry the head light open. 1 screw driver every 2 inches apart or so, wedge 1 in, turn, have the 2nd friend wedge the other screw driver in, turn, and so on. continue moving along the seal.
shouldnt take that much time or effort.

I used a hair dryer to heat up my coupe lights. But still, that black stuff is a pain! I had my fiance help pull apart the lights. I recommend having someone else around to help you. cambo's method sounds pretty good too though.

hair dryer cut off to fast to be effective, so a heat gun is definitely the way to go if ur wary of the oven.
i use the oven everyday, so its nothing to me. jus don forget ur headlights in the oven, if you do decide to use my method.
took me and my friends 10 minutes of prying per headlight bcuz we stuck it in the oven a bunch of times.

You haven't even gotten to hardest part yet. The worst part about clearing headlights is taking that chrome part off to get to the yellow reflector. So scared of bending the plastic pieces because they might break. The other bad part is getting the black glue on the chrome. Hard to avoid when your edges are all covered with glue. I think some ppl clean off all their glue before removing the chrome part.

Oooh yeeeah. I got some of that black glue on the crome piece and I cleaned it off.. A bit too good.
In a little spot on the top of the piece I had worn off the crome color. But, it's on the top of the piece and only recognizable if you look for it while looking over the headlight. Oh well, I'll have my projectors soon enough.

hell ya a little elbow greese never hurts. Hell i tore mine apart before i had even herd of sticking them into the oven. So if you want to be a man about it then pull with all your strength. The assembly is strong enough to be able to pry apart with out breaking anything

i've done a couple sets, and they take about 40-45 minutes for the coupes, but the one sedan i did was a pain in the , that one took about an hour fifteen. i put the oven at 250, and don't forget to take out the bulbs
because of my sedan headlights, i got silicone on my gap sweatshirt, (i like to get messy in style), part of the black housing on the right headlight melted cause I left it in the oven too long its my brothers fault, the left headlight aim is off, theres fog like crazy in both of them, I tried re-sealing them 3 times!! Ah well, I'm gettin projectors in a couple of weeks
